Tony Nguyen
Owner & President, Nandco Construction
Tony grew up around construction, learning the trade hands-on while working with his father from a young age. In 2006, he purchased and renovated his first property on his own, sparking a lifelong passion for building and design. Today, as the owner and president of Nandco Construction, Tony brings over 15 years of real-world experience to every project.
Under his leadership, Nandco Construction has become a trusted name in residential remodeling, ADUs, and custom home builds across Los Angeles. Tony is known for his commitment to quality, clear communication, and a practical, client-first approach that ensures every job is done right.
Outside of work, Tony is a proud husband to his wife Lisa and father to two daughters, Ellie and Avery. His favorite ways to recharge include traveling, practicing jiu-jitsu, road cycling, and spending time with his family.
Collin Morgan
Production Manager & Lead Project Manager
Collin Morgan is the Production Manager and Lead Project Manager at Nandco Construction, where he’s been a key part of the team since 2019. Though young, Collin brings a sharp eye, strong leadership, and years of hands-on experience to every job site. His ability to learn quickly, adapt under pressure, and consistently deliver results has earned him a respected role leading some of Nandco’s most complex residential projects.
Collin is known for his work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction—qualities that continue to drive Nandco’s reputation for excellence in construction.
